Homework
What you asked for, and what came of it.
Every assignment, with the honest outcome — including the ones that came back as no. A page like this stops being worth reading the moment it becomes a list of wins.

"Here is your homework — look at these blog posts and let's get cranking with an idea to launch next week."answered no
That site publishes one to two posts a day. Sloane's answer was don't match it: Google's 2026 update names scaled content abuse explicitly, and listicle queries are losing 45–60% of clicks to AI summaries. My own idea — match their volume but source everything — was half wrong, and it was the half I liked. Sourcing caps the honest cadence rather than raising it.

Four to seven blog posts on law firms and AI governance, mixed with finance and medical.done
Fifteen written by three writers, one per profession so nobody borrowed another sector's evidence. Three circulating statistics were refused as untraceable — including one that had already reached you in an email and had to be corrected. Reviewed by Vera, then Vance, then rendered and checked in a browser. Scheduled daily from 7 September.

Five AI-powered income models, evaluated and ranked.done
Emailed. The number that decided it was measured here, not estimated: $10,512 of system spend across 13 days with no clients. Everything rests on the client's system running on the client's key. When you corrected the buyer to COO and CEO, the price roughly tripled — three clients, not thirty.

Research IREN — deadlines, earnings, what to buy at.done
Emailed. They are hitting the build deadlines — Microsoft accepted delivery, which is a customer confirming rather than the company describing itself — and have missed revenue three quarters running. Four named price targets that disagree by a factor of two. No invented target and no earnings prediction: a feeling is not a finding.

"Build the ADPanda world." The full master brief.shipped
Live. Built in the existing stack rather than the framework the brief preferred, because the site deploys in seconds and nobody here maintains a toolchain. The panda is built from primitives, not bought — a purchased model can never become a recognisable character. Later cut from eleven sections to eight, and your own argument restored after the rebuild quietly replaced it.

"This is what we need to do" — compete with Chase AI.answered no
Not head-on. Their real funnel is 75,900 free members feeding 1,200 paid; the Facebook page was the smallest channel. Their buyer is a zero-code beginner who cannot tell a hardened system from a template pack — so reach wins, not quality, and you have none. The wedge is his graduate: the person who bought the templates and watched them fall over in week three.

"How do we show up as an AI authority in Houston?"open, with you
Measured, not guessed: no Google Business Profile, no citations, no reviews, and the domain does not surface for its own name. Two competitors hold 220 and 135 Google reviews. Neither got there through their website. The profile is twenty minutes and it is the largest single gap.

"The ADPanda colour scheme is bad — make it easier to read."waiting on your pick
It was a genuine failure, not merely tight: 3.81 against the pale sections, below the accessibility floor, on seven live headers. And no single colour can pass on both backgrounds — the luminance windows do not overlap, proven across five hues. The fix is two accents. Options are live and measured.
