Offer 02 · Professional practices

The private AI
your practice can run.

You hold other people’s files. The tool everyone says will help is the one you are often forbidden to touch. This runs on a machine in your office. The files stay where you put them.

Three layers. One system.

01

Intelligence

An assistant that knows the practice the way a long-serving employee would — matters, deadlines, the language you actually use.

02

Memory

Context that stays with the matter. Not a chat you lose when the tab closes.

03

Automation

Chasing, follow-up, the work that repeats every week. It reaches you when a person has to decide.

Custody

An account is a tool. This is a system.

Consumer AI is decided by a settings page. Business AI is decided by a contract. Owned hardware is decided by nothing — the weights sit on a machine you control.

How custody actually works →

How we engage

Three steps. Credit the first against the second.

A

Deployment assessment — $3,500

Machines, files, who touches what. A map of the work worth handing over, an architecture, and a scoped price. Credited toward the build if you go forward.

B

First deployment

One workflow, done properly, live in about a month, on hardware you control. Priced from the assessment.

C

Evolve

Monthly retainer. Monitoring, model updates, a defined block of improvement. Usage on your own key. Month to month.

Questions people actually ask

Is this just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot is an account. This is a system wired into the files and tools you already have, with memory and a record.

Which model do you use?

Whatever fits the box and the constraint — Llama, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek, Hermes, or a hosted business tier when that is the honest answer. The model is swappable. Custody is not.

Are you claiming compliance?

No. That is for your regulator, insurer, and counsel. I design so the files do not leave. You decide whether that meets the duty you owe.
