Work with me

I build the system.
You keep it.

I spend a couple of days with your business, build the same kind of system I run my own on, install it on hardware you control, and then stay on to look after it. You end up owning it — not renting a seat, not feeding your files to somebody's cloud.

What changes

The difference is mostly quiet.

Before

  • It all lives in your head
  • You repeat yourself constantly
  • You chase people for updates
  • You hear about your own problems last, usually from a customer
  • The list is still running at two in the morning

After

  • Something else is holding it
  • You say a thing once
  • The follow-up already happened
  • You hear about a problem with the fix attached
  • You stop being the person who has to remember

How it goes

Four steps, and none of them are a pitch.

01

A conversation

You tell me what actually eats your week. I tell you honestly whether this helps, including when the answer is no.

02

I build it

Set up on your hardware, wired to your tools, with specialists configured for the work you actually do.

03

You learn it

A day of sitting together until you can drive it without me. If you need me to use it, I have built the wrong thing.

04

I look after it

Updates, new specialists, changes as the work changes. Month to month, cancel whenever.

What it costs

Two numbers. No surprises after.

Build

One fee

Quoted once, before anything starts

Installed on your own hardware. Specialists configured for your work. Your tools and files connected. A day of training, in person or on a call. It is yours — it keeps working if you never speak to me again.

Care

Monthly

Month to month, cancel any time

Updates and new capabilities as they land. New specialists when the work changes. Someone to call when something breaks. I watch it so you do not have to.

I quote the build after the first conversation, not before — what it takes genuinely depends on what you are wiring together, and a number invented before I have looked would be a guess dressed as a price. Whatever it is, you hear it once and it does not move.

Straight answers

What I will not do.

  • Promise you a number I have not measured.
  • Put your client files in someone else's cloud because it is easier for me.
  • Build something you need me to operate. That is a retainer, not a system.
  • Tell you AI will replace your staff. In my own business it removed the work nobody wanted, and that is the honest version.
  • Take the job if I think it will not help. I will say so on the first call.

Start

Tell me what eats your week.

That is a more useful first message than a question about the technology. Say what you actually do and where the time goes.
